I don’t advocate for a specific diet but I rather assist you individually or as a family to eat better and increase the healthy part in your own way of eating that match your own lifestyle.
- First food consultation: "Prevent" is a 1h Zoom session for 650 aed, to ask your questions about food, food quality, how to read labels and choose nourishing food. This initial consultation requires substantial upfront work for both parties in order to complete, analyse the intake questionnaire and discuss during the consultation the potential root causes as well as the outline of the recommended changes and agree on an implementation schedule.
- Food rebalancing support over 6 weeks: "Stimulate" for 3590 aed. This package is perfect for people who have a health imbalance and are looking to improve their diet & lifestyle. It includes:
- initial consultation that requires substantial upfront work for both parties in order to complete, analyse the intake questionnaire and discuss during the consultation the potential root causes as well as the outline of the recommended changes and agree on an implementation schedule. This consultation includes a naturopathic food assessment.
- A written report with food diary analysis and recommendations, including meal plan ideas and 30 adapted recipes.
- 3h private cooking class* to practice new food preparation concepts and technics
- 2 months support via whatsapp

This consultation includes a naturopathic food assessment.
- A written report with food diary analysis and recommendations, including meal plan ideas and 30 adapted recipes.
- 3h follow-up sessions (some can be used for supermarket visit)
